Q: What is Item Condition

 

New – Box Defect– The item remains sealed in its original packaging. There may be damage to the box.

Un-boxed New – The item is brand new and unused but does not have its original packaging

Like New – Barely used with minor, unnoticeable imperfections. Fully functional with all parts included.

Gently Used – Light wear, such as small scratches or faded fabric, but fully functional with all parts.

Acceptable – Visible signs of use, stains, scratches, or fading. May have missing parts but remains usable.

Q: How Are Items Cleaned

All items go through a thorough cleaning process. We vacuum them to remove dirt and allergens, followed by steam sanitization to ensure they are hygienic and safe for use.

Q: How Are Items Priced?

The seller sets the initial price. However, we reserve the right to adjust the price by ±20% without prior notice to the seller.
